1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices.
JevarMart reserves the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized jewellery

Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers

Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Email us at support@jevarmart.com with your order number and product images.

Our support team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), JevarMart will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may not be refundable.
